No elevator but it is ok for me

It does not have that strange smell in a toilet room that the most hotel in Georgia have.

Location is not the best, but it has a lot of parking space nearby. It also has a weak light, but I am sure this can be easily fixed

It seems to be the only place in Batumi without odd odor in the bathroom amongst the other 5 or so properties I visited. Also it's affordable and has more or less quiet location.

I spend only 4 days, so it's hard to know. Perhaps location could be better. Lighting is not enough at evenings.

Batumi is very touristy so if you have a hire car, this is a very good option, as it is set back a little way from the main tourist sites and is therefore reasonably quiet at night. The room iwas well equipped, with the most comfortable bed I experienced in Georgia, and after asking for a quiet room, I was given one on a high floor that did not look out on the main street. Hot water was good and the man on reception was very polite and helpful - he carried my partner's bag up to the room, which was very kind of him - normally I find, despite me being the male, that I am the one offered help, so she was made up with someone carrying her bag for her.

The hotel lacks a lift, so bag carrying (if you do it yourself) requires a bit of an effort.

The staff was incredibly helpful and good-intended. Best place to stay in Batumi.

Housekeeping service needs more care

I can only recommend it to you. Value for money, cleanliness and facilities are great, but above all the very nice staff stands out. The reception speaks good English.

The room was very clean , the receptionist was very kind and helpful around the clock and all the time also the location is close to everything
