The location is right in the village and it’s nice to walk right outside and have access to all of the stores and restaurants and trails for trail running

Prefect located next to the main ski lifts, shops and bar / restaurants. Our room was a good size and had a well equiped kitchennete for self-catering. Heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a real plus.

On the whole we loved the hotel but in areas it was a little tired and showing signs or wear and tear.

Really effient check-in, sizeable and easy to find parking. Close to all main facilities and the centre. Breakfast was really good, with great buffet options complemented by 2 different buffet options.

Airco/heating in the room was limited to one unit which was kind of unresponsive. Beds (matresses) could have been more comfortable.

Location was good and beds were comfy

When checking in the front staff said they had free parking for all guests then charged me a $37 after I checked out without saying anything. Also parking was extremely full and I had to spend some time finding a spot and when I talked to the front counter they said I can pay $4 for extra parking…. I don’t mind the price I’m more annoyed that they tried to hide it.

Old and dated hotel, very expensive for what it is. I would have spent that same amount at chateau Fairmont had there been a room.
