Bei Ankunft um 18.00 im HOtel war das zugewiesene Zimmer nicht bereit, die Badetücher lagen herum, das Lavabo schmutzig, das Bett nicht gemacht, Salatresten im Bett etc. Alles in allem war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich bereitgestellt.
