La chambre 503 est très petite malgré le grand lit. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Chambre 001 OK. Peu de places de parking. Prix élevé du parking couvert pour une nuit.

They didn’t provide two towels, I had to complain several times and only on the next day I was able to get another towel. Shower leaks lots of water

Direi nulla. La struttura è decisamente inferiore ad uno standard accettabile

Camera molto più piccola di quanto dichiarato, pulizia della camera non eddettuata, mancanza di sapone nel bagno, colazione modestissima e non pronta negli orari dichiarati (dalle 7:00 del mattino) al punto tale da doverla saltare per poter prendere il treno di ritorno, biancheria inadeguata al clima, difficoltà di accesso alla struttura e malfunzionamento della piattaforma che divrebbe garantire l'accesso. La lista potrebbe continuare...

"Séjour stressant, ce n’était pas le but au contraire!"

Le fait que personne sur place puisse nous aider et expliquer la marche à suivre pour le parking et remise de code pour la porte, n’était pas du tout terrible. Paiements à double pour les taxes de séjours, puis écrire plusieurs fois pour enfin être remboursé, car problème de programme. La réservation on-line peut être bien, mais demande de meilleurs explications aux clients
