The lobby staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful and attentive.

Housekeeping never showed up during our 4-day stay—despite a promised 2-day schedule—. We asked a couple of times, but no one showed up. We had to request towels and toilet paper twice, and we pick up the towels from the lobby one time.

Clean quiet, great location

Parking fees are ridiculous. $42 when you’re staying at the hotel. That was about 25% of the rate of the room itself. No places nearby to leave a parked car so you don’t really have an option.
