A cama é excelente, a estrutura inteira do hotel muito boa, staff muito atenciosos, foi uma excelente estada!

O restaurante precisa aprimorar a temperatura da comida e qualidade para chegar ao nível do hotel.

Estrutura muito completa. Quarto confortável, bonito, cama boa, ar condicionado eficiente, toalhas novas e cheirosas. Toda a estrutura do hotel é muito boa, bonita, bem conservada, os serviços são muito bons e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O restaurante é muito bom e diversificado.

Do hotel propriamente não há nada de negativo a mencionar. Chegar em Milagres exige uma certa paciência , pois a estrada de acesso é simples, de um certa forma mal conservada, sem acostamento e mal sinalizada. A viagem de Maceió para lá , leva o dobro do tempo que deveria levar em uma estrada em boas condições. Um problema de infraestrutura que não está relacionada ao hotel.
