Modern Belfast Apartment

It was on the ground floor and could accommodate a big family.

It was not properly cleaned, had lots of spiders crawling on the floor. The pans were not clean. The property didn’t smell clean and fresh. The standing toilet wasn’t in working condition. The taps in the toilet and kitchen sink were splashing water. The bedding didn’t smell fresh and clean.

Very clean , super location , very accommodating staff , thoroughly enjoyed our stay , would definitely stay again

Was a bit worried about paying a deposit as never had to do that before , but deposit was returned in full as property was left as it was found

The apartment was a great size and it was very quiet .We felt at home here .The car parking was very good .

Not much really , but since you ask I hated the shower .It wasn't very user friendly .The shower wouldn't stay in place and kept falling down while I tried to use it. The toaster was rubbish ,it kept popping up as soon as the bread was inserted and the knobs on one side kept falling off .Very frustrating indeed. I would bin it if it was in my home. I would like blinds on the kitchen window. Also the key safe is very stiff and as I have arthritis in my hands it took longer than it should ,to get into the apartment.

Property cancelling the booking and not giving a call to indicate the cancellation And referring to refund being issued but not raising with booking.com , refund initiated after i personally calling booking.com

Appartement bien équipé Agréable de trouver quelques produits sur place quand on arrive (Éponge, liquide vaisselle ,sel et poivre) Place de parking devant le logement un vrai plus

L’espace extérieur pourrait être amélioré et la moquette du salon plus propre mais sinon c’était très bien pour visiter Belfast

Absolutely nothing everything was great 😃

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a starter pack with coffee, tea and toilet roll.

The road outside the drive had lots of parked cars/vans making entrance and exit tricky. The area around the apartment had lots of union jacks and ulster flags tied to lampposts.
