Pirates Cove Resort Studios!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to a plumbing problem, without any prior notice. There was no staff available to receive us or provide help, and we were not offered any alternative or solution to reschedule in another hotel. Total lack of professionalism and organization. I don't recommend it.

Nothing is as described, the pool was closed and looks like it hasn’t been opened in a year. The room that we booked was not the room that we got , don’t believe the pictures with the nice gyms and what not they don’t exist either. Basically the entire hotel is under construction. They should disclose this to Potential. Renters. The only positive thing here was at the room was pretty clean.

Being with my family at the ocean so we can go-to the beach. My family came from Pa to be at the beach so I tagged along for a few days.

No kitchen light, toilet takes to long for the toilet to flush in this room, not much TV channel to chose from.

Location

The lobby smelled gross, the building was under construction and the pool was empty.

Property was right on the beach. Great view from the room's balcony. There were plenty of restaurants, gift shops in walking distance. The room had a small kitchen which was great. We used the fridge and coffee maker.

The only thing was the pool was closed. The property was hit by a hurricane so they were doing repairs on the pool, roof and exterior of the building. It was okay thought because we had the beach.

We didn't get a room. We received a text saying our room was flooded and we could stay at Castaway resort for the same $ over looking the ocean. We refused feeling it was a scam. We were told we would be refunded the $188.64 that was applied to my credit card. We did go to Pirates Cove but of course we had no room. This was a mess but luckily we did find a nice motel with vacancy. I just hope we are refunded our $188.64.Thank you Janice Willey 561-251-0254)

It was convenient and had the things we needed

Pool out of commission, couldn’t go out on the back of the property. The pillows were flat. The bathroom did not have anywhere to hang towels.

The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular!

I didn't have enough time to enjoy it!

No breakfast serve

The bed was extremely hard

There is absolutely nothing about this place that is nice as it stands right now we stayed there one night the pool is shut down everything is under construction the rooms are in very poor condition there is not even an ice machine on the property

This place looks like it's so nice but they don't tell you that they're under construction and nothing works no pool no hot tub no nothing
