unless you have a car, transportation to town is challenging. One needs to take an Uber. if you are ion a budget, public transportation may be more difficult since you have to cross from one department to another and the small motorcycle transportation do not cross departments. Staff not very knowledgeable about safe places to eat.

The staff were very friendly and eager to please. Quiet setting; great for sleeping in that sense.

The entire facility was freezing cold. Although there was hot water in the shower, the water pressure was extremely low.

The room was clean and fairly well equipped.

The main issue was the oosts. We have stayed in far nicer hotels in Guatemala for far less money. The worst thing was the restaurant. Breakfast was not included as it is in most hotels we have stayed in. The food was terrible and extremely expensive. Every item was charged seperately, every cup of coffee, every dash of milk for the coffee, everything.

There is no heating or AC Also there is no fresh meals, limited options
