Hotel Windrow Downtown Ellensburg

Location is great, beds are comfortable, room has a lot of natural light, everything is very clean.

you can hear everything in corridors. Also AC is very noisy. We had to turn it off completely to fall asleep.

Beautiful downtown hotel, comfortable bed, walkable to restaurants and shopping.

I got up on 2/13 with Covid. I tried to cancel reservation. Have not heard if I was charged or not.

Conveniently located, modern/ rustic / local aesthetic

The staff members at the front desk was not only unhelpful when I returned to enquire about the charger I left in my room the day after checking out, she was reluctant to talk, treated me as though I were not as important as current customers staying at the hotel, and was borderline rude. She sent the message that my return business was unimportant.

Hotel is great, but they still don't have a bar or restaurant. It will be much better when they offer that amenity.
