"Great Hotel, Perfect Location, Bad Pillows :) "

We have stayed here a couple of times and it's always quick, clean, easy, and nice. This hotel is truly in a perfect part of the North Loop making it easy to walk/Uber anywhere we want to go. My only complaint is that the pillows are brutal! I meant to bring my own pillow with this time but forgot and instantly regretted it.

From the moment we entered the front doors until we departed, the staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby decor is great and creates a place with great energy and natural light. The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed: mini fridge, toaster, microwave, bowls, plates, Silverware, and coffeemaker. Fresh veggies and herbs are on the 4th floor balcony for guests to use. Very thoughtful! Loved our stay!

Did not get the room I paid for as they said Hotels.com was a third party and they could not verify the exact room I paid for. Hotel was sold out so I had to settle for something less.

We loved this property. You're steps away from the light rail station and Target Field. No need to have a car! Rooms are very comfortable and super clean. Loved the blackout shades! We'll be back!
