Hotel Mirabell

Location was just right. We could connect to various areas very easily.

I have nothing negative to say. My experience was all positive.

The lady at the front desk was always at our disposal. Even called us a taxi to the airport and even had a scale for our luggage

The owner is a very aggressive woman. She was arguing with the customer before me for 15 minutes in a very rude and aggressive manner. Then she continued with me in the same manner. When I objected she said she is angry because of the questions of the first customer. The whole hotel stinks or has a very strong smell. Hardly the place where you want to spend your Night. The button of the lift doesn’t work properly. Have to try many times before it functions. Room at night is cold but after 5am gets really hot. Very difficult to park due to very narrow area and costs 13 euros. Would strongly recommend to find other places to stay.

Clean, cheap, and the receptionist has a wonderful personality.

Room was cozier than the photos made it look.

Depending on where you need to go, it's quite the distance (Schlossplatz, train station). The building looks a bit dodgy.
