The stay was phenomenal, i just had one problem! My check-in was at 3, i arrived at 4:00 pm! Was given my room key and it didn’t work for 2 1/2 hours! So i stayed in lobby waiting for key to be fixed! The receptionist was extremely nice! But i wish i was able to get in my room to catch a nap much sooner after driving for 7 hours!

My stay overall was just OK. I wasn’t really comfortable with the bed and the pillows were lousy. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay $10 for parking on the outside parking lot where security really was not there mining car attendance 24 hours.

My family and I came to this hotel and immediately was hit with a charge for parking $25. And the listing it said there was parking, but it didn’t mention that I had to pay for it. There was no microwave in the room. We had food that we wanted to heat up there was only on the first floor. How does marriot have their name on this hotel. Very unprofessional staff not to mention at 9:30 in the morning a cleaning lady tried entering the room which scared me and my husband who were sleeping trying to enter first and then knocked after the third time trying to get in. Luckily my husband went to the door. He didn’t open it but asked why are they trying to enter at 9:30 in the morning when checkout is at 11 which I found very unsafe and creepy. Luckily, I had the stopper on so she couldn’t get in. I will never be back at this hotel again and I don’t recommend it for anyone to come. It’s overpriced, unprofessional, and unsafe to me
