This was the worst reservation experience ever! I arrive at the hotel at midnight only to be told “we sent you an email at 8:35pm to cancel the reservation because we had a high occupancy “!!! Who does that?? Why would you choose to cancel my reservation in favor of someone else?? Expedia— what is your agreement with this hotel that they can cancel reservations for such frivolous reasons?? I was stuck at midnight looking for a hotel and paying a higher premium!!! Don’t trust the reservation you make with this hotel.

I love the location, love the aesthetics.Love the cleanliness, love the sweet tea. I love the fire pit. I love the spacious rooms.I

What I didn't like was the fact is, how much that hotel cost per night, the internet wasn't working.Could it use the pool?Because kids were allowed and obnoxious in it. The internet was so bad. I've always been so so bad that I couldn't even work. Paying almost two hundred dollars for the capitol heights area and then a two fifty deposit
