Tanoa Skylodge Hotel

The rooms were too far out from the reception, card keys not working every time we go out we cant get in, TV not working, no blankets or sheets.

Pool was not clean, itchy after swimming, rooms were ok, room 8 door is hard to shut, overall the rooms were spacious, no sheets or blankets had to use the same bed sheet covers as a blanket, no good.

They were kind enough to allow a late check out. Location and staff

Breakfast could be a bit better

The pool was not clean and made us itchy. We did ask for a spare bed or mattress and will pay, but was advised a blunt No, our card keys weren't working most of the time, we always have to call reception to activate, room 31 TV was not working. We did have an incident that made us unsafe, as we were changing in our room 32 and someone opened our sliding door and ran off. Also i was not happy that cleaners were in our room on our return on our first day without asking if we required cleaning.

Staff were highly friendly with wonderful service right from the airport pickup, at the property and drop off.

Every time I arrive at Tanoa Skylodge, one of the things I look forward to most is seeing Debra. She has this naturally warm and joyful presence that instantly lifts your mood. The way she greets guests isn’t just professional—it feels genuinely heartfelt, like you’re being welcomed back by someone who truly cares. It’s those little moments, her smile and friendly energy, that make each visit feel so personal and memorable for me. I also can’t speak highly enough of Chef Kunal. His food is simply amazing—every meal I’ve had has been full of flavor and prepared with such attention to detail. You can really taste the passion in what he creates. For me, the experience at Tanoa Skylodge wouldn’t be the same without the combination of Debra’s warm hospitality and Chef Kunal’s incredible cooking. They both make each stay feel special in their own way.

We stayed at the Tanoa Skylodge 3 separate times (4 nights) as we traveled in and out of Nadi. It was convenient to the airport and offered shuttle services to and from. The final time was during the storm from the passing cyclone and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all the guests and unexpected events. The onsite restaurant/bar was great as we were all unable to travel out as planned. It was walkable to several basic grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops. Also, on our second visit on my husband’s birthday, the restaurant staff surprised him with a birthday song and delicious cake and ice cream!
