Receptionists and front desk - very upfront with their services also attending to the phone calls

There is this NAILs Manicure & pedicure Room - Can that Room be UPGRADED with ALL its tools & Stuff they are using to serve the customers with. Their current stage is not CLEAN at all, feel sorry for the poor Young Indian Girl doing the Pedicure, she's doing her best but the tools & equipment is not clean & are not up to standard, should re-do the room & buy new equipments. The breakfast should have been a bit longer for guests on holiday instead of closing at 10am - we were still sleeping.

Kudos to the Reception staff, breakfast crew , house keepers & gardeners 🥰 vinaka

Nalini Davis ( Restaurant Team leader) is an arrogant rude woman that needs to go back to school to learn customer service & how to interact with children properly instead of bullying them .
