Kamarnya pengap dan bau rokok padahal pesan kamar non smoking. Resepsionisnya perlu diganti karena tidak ramah dan kelihatan tidak profesional. Datang check-in gelagepan dan terlalu banyak koordinasi. Pas masuk kamar, AC belum dinyalakan dan kamar kurang bersih

Makanannya lumayan, lokasinya juga dekat pusat kota

Resepsionisnya tidak ramah, padahal sudah pesan kamar King Size yang non-smoking, pada waktu datang ternyata tinggal yang smoking. Terpaksa harus milih kamar twin yang non-smoking karena lagi bawa tamu luar negeri. Kamar juga pengap, ketika masuk AC belum dinyalakan dan tidak dingin. Seperti belum siap menerima tamu. Saya tidak mau pesan di hotel ini lagi

Letak strategis, nyaman, aman dan fasilitas bagus.

Kadang handuknya kurang bersih (tua).

I recently stayed at Mercure Makassar Nexa Pettarani and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff welcoming and ready to assist. The team throughout the hotel was consistently helpful and attentive, making the stay feel comfortable. The room was clean, well-kept, and provided everything needed for a restful night. The facilities were also complete, from the late-night instant noodle booth to the fitness center, making it convenient to stay in. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return.

On the downside, one noticeable inconvenience was the lack of an in-room water dispenser. Having to go out and refill a water jug felt impractical, especially for guests staying longer. Providing a small dispenser or at least easier access to drinking water would make a meaningful improvement. Amenities were also often prepared only for one guest, even though the room was meant for two, which required additional requests. Lastly, the corridor had an unpleasant smell at certain times, suggesting that better ventilation or regular scent maintenance could help ensure a more consistently pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
