Mikayla the property manager is the absolute best. Area around has many great places to eat and the town is friendly.

The property is a local hotel not a franchise big name so don't expect more. There was a slight mildew smell in my room, and the internet didn't work inside my room. I had to walk a floor down to get a signal and use wifi outside. (very inconvenient especially if you're phone only works on wi-fi). They had no room service that comes by and cleans daily. The condition of the room and bad wi-fi was not a dealbreaker for me overall, because I was never in my room. I was out exploring. This hotel is in walking distance to the beach, Playa Boca Chica. The walk to the beach took only 7 minutes!! It's 15 minutes east from the airport .
