The hot water did not work well and bed was very soft.

Property was great, love Polonia, local people were friendly and very helpful. Enjoy the small town charm. Bus into town was convenient and if had more days might have explored some more.

The location of the property was wonderful. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the beach and it was a few short moments from our room. The room was clean and the staff was fantastic.

Très agréable séjour dans ce petit studio neuf et très joliment décoré. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Déco très jolie. Accueil vraiment très sympathique et chaleureux. Le petit plus est une jolie terrasse.

Convenient location close to village hub and beach.

Positive: Vicky at reception was lovely and very helpful. The room (No.3) was a good size, was very clean, and had quiet aircon. A gratis 500ml bottle of white wine was appreciated, as was the water and coffee pods which were replenished every day. Negative: Room 3 ground floor balcony is adjacent to the main entrance to reception so affords no privacy. You have to keep the curtains closed all the time otherwise anyone passing can see in. Domus Litus (Beach House in Latin) is located on the north side of the Pollonia peninsula, and is exposed to the virtually constant wind of the Meltemi. I dont think the cost of this room at around €180 per night warrants its location within the complex, the exterior facilities, nor the description 'luxury'.
