Stay here every time we are in town! Great area, great place!

Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were not supportive. Overall very uncomfortable

Walls are a little thin

What I didn’t like about the property was the front desks lack of communication in informing me that housekeeping only cleans rooms every other day, especially since they are the ones that asked if I would like housekeeping service. I was very angry that housekeeping did not clean our room 2 days in a row. The second time, not only did we require clean towels, but my grandson had an accident in his bed and we required new linens as well. My husband, grandson & I returned to our room after 2am to have to get towels & linens from the front desk & change the bed & clean the room ourselves. I had requested to speak to a manager multiple time and was told every time that the manager was not in, even after being told that she would be in. One of the days of my stay, I asked room service to come back to service the room & she never came back. The refrigerator froze everything we put in it overnight! Lastly, the hvac system is terrible! The system blows out cold air when the heat should be on. It was cold outside & in the room! This hotel is closest to where my family lives when visiting, however,I’m not confident that I would want to stay there again due to the above mentioned issues.

The rom was cold which made for an uncomfortable night in sleeping, housekeeping only services rooms every other day and still misses cleaning your room, and the refrigerator froz everything we put in it overnight.

Love this hotel in Belton MO; however $200 for 1 nite is expensive!
