When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance. The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel. Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A classy gem with beautiful views"

Lovely 2 night stay. Super Comfy bed which is a plus for those with a bad back or hip..slept so well. Spacious room even though we booked the smallest category. Wonderful rain shower. L'Occitane branded hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quiet air con so was able to keep on all night without it being noisy. Window opens ever so slightly so lovely breeze comes in. We were there when the weather was +30 degrees celcuis. Great views of the Gorge and Clifton Bridge from the bar /pub terrace! Staff friendly and will helpful to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Lovely ambience in the hotel. Quiet at night. Didn't hear any noise in the morning, not even from the house maids. They have certain number of parking permits for those with a car or there's paid parking £12 at the back of the hotel. Free parking after 9pm ON Saturday on Monday 9am. Clifton is a lovely area to stay away from the city noise yet so close to get into the city. Several buses serve the city or a short taxi ride. Highly recommend.

"Lovely location with well meaning but patchy service"

Great view and location. Very friendly, well meaning staff

Although the staff were well meaning, the service was lacking - it felt a bit fawlty towers at times. Requests made that never materialised. Taxis booked that never came and then required cash payment only (the hotel never having mentioned that), coffee having to be requested multiple times, kids meals ordered in priority to adult food but still appearing well after adults’ food was served.

Found hotel ie reception areas very dark and depressing ., as was room, very poorly lit, mirror in bathroom far too high

Really not sure why the average review score is mid range, the hotel was super comfortable, welcoming and had great facilities! We stayed in a deluxe room and had plenty of space, big comfy bed, great shower! The hotel benefits from a gorgeous outdoor terrace with its white lion pub, perfect for sunny warm days with a great vibe. We were very welcome in the hotel with our dog and every team member we encountered was really friendly. We will be back!
