Dirty room, smell bad , Ac next to bed and so loud couldnโ€™t sleep they promise to fix the AC and clean the room but fail to clean the whole room. Smell bad we had to move to different one

It was in a great location for dining options and tourist type activities. Breakfast was a little lacking and bring your own water. They charge $5 a bottle.

We stayed at the Home2 Hilton in Scottsdale, Arizona and just about everything was excellent. Friendly and helpful team members. Clean and spacious rooms. Great centrally located, near freeways and nearby cities. The only suggestion is that the TV had very limited free channels, local sports such as Arizona Diamondback games were unavailable, ESPN doesnโ€™t aire much baseball; therefore adding MLB channel or local sports network would have been much better. We even had to go to a local bar to watch the All-Star Home-run Derby and game.

"Overall good except pathetic WIFI"

breakfast was good. Location was also good

WIFI Conection - It was pathetic. That was the only one I didnt like in this hotel and hence I do not book the same hotel again. I faced significant difficulties attending my meetings. I was unable to upgrade to the paid Wi-Fi as I hadn't enrolled initially, and when I contacted support, they required my system's IP address to enable the service. I am not sure why they were asking the IP address. Additionally, the cost was around $20 per day, which I found unreasonable given the inconvenience.
