Very clean room, friendly staff! I would highly recommend this place!

Staff was very nice, rooms where great they have everything u need in them.

The smoke alarm going off at 3am and no ones around to let u knw wats going on or where to go.

The staff were very friendly and nice. They tried to make it as best as they could. Love the staff.

I like the property but they flooded and found a DEAD FROG IN ROOM the 1st night ,didn’t even get to sleep in the room due to flooding. They put into Holiday Inn and we slept there and the air was barely working. It was hot my kids were very uncomfortable.

Close to discovery park

This hotel, as well as staff was truly the worst experience I have ever had. I have stayed in Union City before and chose your property because of proximity to Discovery Park. Leaving today I would have rather bathed in Reel Foot lake and driven back to Memphis. The following problems and pictures/videos are my complaints. Upon arrival: Was charged twice for my stay. The woman at the desk couldn’t figure out why my card would not go through on her end. I showed her that the payment has posted. She tried to call a manger that just left the property for her shift, wearing gym clothes and told the lady that if you need anything call me. She did. No answer. I ran my card 4 times. And did not work. When the manager did not answer the woman at the front desk asked if I have another card. I ran the card and got into the room. Thanks. $600 dollars for 2 days until the bank clears. Called my bank and had the previous transactions canceled as they were approved and pending. This is all from the very untrained employee at the desk stating “I don’t know what to do” Once my payment was taken there was no information given from the front desk worker. Example: the elevator is there, pool is there, breakfast is this hour etc. I hope you’re reading this because it gets wilder than just average frustration. Housekeeping: I had a 3 occupancy stay. All of the amenities in the room were for 2 people. 2 plates, two towels, two glasses. Then when I asked anyone in the hallway if they had a towel I could have they gave attitude about it. Real weird. The dampness: Upon arrival the room was at 65 degrees. It’s hot, I get it. But everything on the beds, the couch, the table chairs, even the table was moldy and gross and wet. Not sure why everything was still wet. I went to the science museum next door and still couldn’t figure it out. I would have complained but the front desk girl at the time at 830 on a Friday night was busy stocking the vending machines on the hotel floors????
