When we had technical issues to complete the booking, the team was quick to respond urgently, even though we were in a different time zone - that was greatly appreciated. It was a very homey location which had everything you needed for a ski holiday - the washing machine in particular was so useful after a sweaty day on the slopes.

Slightly far to walk to the lifts with your boots but there is a bus stop nearby to take you there in 2 stops.

Great location, great facilities, spacious and responsive agent

Quite a lot of cables around the TV's could have been tidier and a couple of light bulbs were out but these are minor points, otherwise great!

The underground parking entrance clearance is not tall enough to let my SUV (plus a box overtop) to get in, I have to park on the street for the whole stay

The location is great!! Walkable distance to the village and everything you need. Ensuite bedrooms and comfortable sleep arrangement for group and family just make the trip easier

"Great location, price and setup, but terrible bed."

The location was great, there is a free shuttle bus stop straight across the road so there's no need to walk up to the resort and there is a shopping mall across the road. It was great value in regards to expensive whistler. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped enough for a couple to spend the week. Undercover parking was also great.

The bed was terrrrrrible! So were the pillows. Both are well past their replacement dates. There's nothing worse than coming home after a day on the slopes and having to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. I know it's cactus as it's sinking in the middle and it's hard and lumpy. The pillows are rock hard and lumpy as well. A new mattress and new pillows and I'd be giving Symphony Condos a 10 rating but unfortunately it soured our stay a bit. Id hope that management replace them soon.

Cozy, confortable, with modern appliances, and good bedding, we really had an amazing time there! We had a small issue with the toilet but the communication was great and it was solved quickly. Will definitely try to come again!
