GINA was the best server that we have ever had ever anywhere! She was so sweet, funny and she could literally take the best pictures ever!!!! She complemented everybody got our food there on time. It was actually hard to pick who our favorite waitress/waiter was. One of the best establishments I’ve been to all year. But GINA has a special place in my heart. I’LL BE BACK JUST FOR HER.

Gina at Subito was an absolute gem! She was so attentive and kind, and you could truly tell she cared about our experience.

Jordin was very polite, excellent host. Hotel is beautiful. Great stay if in Cincinnati. I will definitely come back!!

Food and drinks were great but our waitress Gina really sold the experience for us! She went out of her way to answer questions, give her honest opinion, and even hooked us up with extra bread! I had the bolognese, would recommend.

Can not say enough about how fabulous the staff is! Michael, Curt and Scot went out of their way to make sure every single need was exceeded and my dog felt so loved! All details were 10/10! Can’t wait to come back for the amazing hospitality the whole team showed during my stay and the whole event we had.

The dining room experience and, most specifically, the waitpersons were tremendous. A perfect evening to celebrate a SIGNIFICANT birthday. The food was delicious. But the experience was so very special. Call out to Gina our waitress who just radiated joy and spread it to us. THANK YOU.

Spectacular hotel in a beautiful location. Friendly, enthusiastic and helpful staff! We used the hotel courtesy car to get to dinner and back to the hotel afterward, and it was a really nice service. Scott, our driver, was great!

Our only negative is that our room wasn’t ready at check-in (we arrived about 4:20 pm) and we were on a tight time schedule due to early dinner reservations. The front desk staff comped us two drinks at the bar and delivered our bags to our room - all very much appreciated.

Gina was fantastic! She made us laugh, she was so attentive, and everything was delicious. Her good-natured demeanor made the evening unforgettable. We will definitely be back — for Gina!
