WOW JUST WOW! The BEST service yet! FD: Ian, Andy, and Peggy went above and beyond to assist me with my family’s birthday celebration! They gave them a complimentary upgrade to an absolutely gorgeous room called The RainFall, complimentary breakfast and Andy the Concierge gave them complimentary chocolate strawberries, and helped make sure that the champagne was on fresh ice upon their arrival. Brad in Valet was very attentive and helpful. Love the smiles I got from everyone. They made my brief visit to decorate feel as if I was a guest myself. This is what I called top tier hospitality! Thank you Ian, Peggy, Brad in valet and Andy the Concierge for showing me what hospitality is all about!

We hosted a special birthday party for 14 people on Saturday night at the Vista. Originally set for outside, the rain moved us inside, but we got over our initial disappointment because everything was perfect. Their team was outstanding, especially Tabitha! She is amazing. She was most attentive, taking care of all our quirky requests with a smile. The food was wonderful, and she was able to seemingly anticipate what each guest would request in advance. She is a knowledgeable sommelier, friendly, and gracious. I could not have been more impressed with Tabitha, and the rest of her team, which made for a great experience overall. Thank you again for everything.

This is the cutest and best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I always stay here when visiting this location. Staff is friendly and amazing.

My fiancé and I had dinner at Subito following our engagement and we had a wonderful time! All of the staff made us feel super special, especially our waitress Gina! She was so kind, funny, gave us a detailed overview of the menu, and made us feel so special! I made the joke to my fiancé that she could read minds because every time I thought to ask for something she was there with it before I could ask! We also went up to the rooftop bar after dinner and had a fantastic time, the bartender was super friendly! Afterwards our car battery died and the valets stood out in the pouring rain to help us jump our car! Every staff member went above and beyond to make it a special night for us, thank you to the Lytle Park Hotel/Subito staff!

The staff was an incredible as the other reviewers have said. I was in town for medical care and let concierge know, just in case something happened and I needed an ambulance; they said they’d make a note of it. When I got back to my room after my procedure, Autumn from concierge had left a beautiful tray of flowers, snacks, ginger ale, and a handwritten note saying she hopes I feel better soon. It was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their even lovelier staff.

This is my “go to” hotel when I am in Cincinnati for business. Just finished a three night stay. Second stay in the last three months. My fourth or fifth stay in last couple years. I have stayed at most hotels in town and this is not only my choice in town but it would stand out in a lot of towns. The staff is to a person terrific. Friendly, helpful, professional. I have never had a bad experience. There are issues on any trip: it’s how they are handled. The rooms are huge and the restaurant is terrific. It’s a relaxing place to stay when you’re working. I could not more highly recommend. This is the best of offering guests a terrific experience.
