Beautiful hotel clean staff great

My family and I spent one lovely night at the Lytle… the service was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and clean, there is a park across the street for kids to burn energy… it was a really nice stay. From the concierge, to the front desk staff, to the rooms and location it was comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved it.

Always stay here when in Cincinnati. Excellent in every way. Food and beverage service is great too.

The worst customer service experience at this hotel. Don't bother. The management here are not worthy of delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments. It was out=r wedding anniversary and our suite was taken away and given to another guest. Totally unacceptable. Room service was a horror with cold food and the absence of cups and utensils. The room we were downgraded to was on a very noisy highway. There are many other hotels in the area that live up to expectations. This is not one of them!

Shower floor was too slick

This place is a bit overpriced for what it is. Yes, it's quaint and polished, and the customer service is really good. Everyone was really helpful and nice. I paid $650 a night for the Rainwater Room. It only had one small window facing inward to the service galley of the lobby restaurant - so not very nice view. None of that was divulged in the booking process. There's no ice machines, however there is an in-room refrigerator that worked well. The glamorous advertised rooftop bar amenity was closed for a wedding, so they happily prioritize events over regular paying hotel guests. It's a nice place but I would advise to try something else for $650 a night + $50 for parking.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in Cincinnati. We got rooms here for our whole family to cap off our daughter’s graduation weekend at Miami of Ohio in Oxford, a 30 min drive away. Luxurious lobby and bar. Rooms are huge and beautifully appointed. Customer service was terrific. We were there on a Sunday night so the restaurant was closed, but they provided car service for us to and from a lovely restaurant that was close by-thanks John! We signed up to be Bonvoy members simply because of our experience here. This is the place to stay in Cincy!!
