Hotel Royal Tahitien

The first night was in a run down room, but we stayed a week later and it was a very nice room, though the shower tub could ise updating. A nice though expensive breakfast buffet. The restaurant is a beautiful setting with tahitian vibes on the shoreline. Good food and good bands playing with locals dancing on weekends. Nice little pool, but very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a less expensive option that worked fine for quick stays.

Stayed for 2 nights before our ferry to Moorea. We loved the pool area, very pretty & great place to chill after our long flights from the UK. Room was clean beds comfy. Breakfast was really nice & the lady that is there in the morning seating people & taking payments was lovely. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Great location for ferry & airport too. Only thing we found was food in the restaurant was quite pricey. But overall we enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again when in Tahiti.

I had a lay over stop on my way to New Zealand, and the hotel was a nice stay, The staff was nice and friendly and my dinner was good. I didn’t have a change to walk around the ground because it was a storm off and on during my stay. But they did provide large Umbrella to move around the area.

Enjoyed our stay! Checked out the food trucks down the street one night as no restaurants open. Turned out to be a fun experience with gigantic portions that could be easily shared. Pool was wonderful. Restaurant on site also good experience.

Lovely hotel with large air conditioned rooms, a beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. We enjoyed all the different aspects of this hotel though it is a fair distance from the town centre.

Staff was friendly and the location was convenient. We liked the proximity to Papeete. However, the rooms could benefit from simple fixes like shower curtains and having appliances that plug in close to the outlets. Just minor things, but could help. Also, WiFi was very slow, which is tough when updating travel plans

L'accueuil du personnel est parfait que ce soit à la réception au services ou au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, frais et excellent, la restauration de très bonne qualité. Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraichissement (rideaux marrons....) Nous gardons un très bon souvenir.

We loved this property. While older it is very well maintained with lovely grounds. The pool area was very nice.

No access to food or refreshments during the afternoon of arrival. Room was badly out of date. No assistance available to help with luggage to & from room. No indication from staff that anything was close by to get food or refreshments. A very poor choice on my part, especially for the cost.

Beautiful, peaceful resort that’s tucked away from the mainstream traffic and crowds.
