The location was perfect, close to everything - loads of restaurants and shops around and the bus stop & train station was only a short walk away.

The shower was quite small

Modern, spacious apartment centrally located. Great room temperature - every room has an air condition!

The communication with the host was poor. Not easy to get hold of on the phone and no reply to text messages, the contact was through the Booking chat. Central location of the flat means that there was noise despite the double glazed windows.

The location is perfect in the heart of everything. Trip to Pompei was a great experience. Recommend taking an umbrella if going in July/August, the heat is extreme.

Small apartment for family, but ideal for only a couple. The heat end July early August is sometimes just too hot.

We were met at the apartment so all good. We had an issue with the A/C and Wifi - when we notified the host they came and fixed it no problem at all.

The fridge wasn't great at keeping water cold.

Everything apart from the location. The entire apartment was filthy. It looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned before our stay, the bed sheets smelled, there were hairs everywhere. The floor has thick black dust on it and empty wrappers were under the bed. My daughter walked bare foot for 15 mins and had to have feet washed. Absolutely disgusting. The stairs are unmanageable with 2 children therefore absolutely false advertising to say this is suitable for a family with young children. We had to move out after the first night despite having paid in full in advanced. I asked Francesco the staff member to source a refund with the owner but have not had a response to this 3 weeks later. I raised this with booking.com who told me that they were unable to help and as such this had to raised with the property which I have done. I have since followed up on what’s app and message to the property to receive no response apart from an abrupt one stating they will only communicate directly with booking. It’s clear they don’t care as long as they get your money. This property should not be allowed to advertise or operate at all!

Great location to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The apartment’s bedroom and living space was comfortable and of good size. The bathroom was on the small size. The WiFi was fast and reliable.

One criticism that we had was the size of the bathroom towels. They are far too small for adults.
