Treebo Gulmohar Beach Resort with Pool

Our room had a connecting door to the next room. I raised concern but was answered back the keys to the connecting door is with manager and they can do anything about it. Also the hand flush of toilet was leaking. The door to the balcony was broken. It was tied up with a thread. The receptionist, the man, extremely unprofessional. My issue was for some reason there was double booking in the same hotel and i wanted to know how to proceed with the cancellation but he was extremely unhelpful and quite rude. Leaving me at the reception he was chatting and going away with his friend. When i insisted then he waited and answered back. I was traveling with kids and he seemed just to not care.

Swimming water with high chlorine, wifi not working properly in the room. Bathroom Mugs were broken

Pool was good

Staff were not very responsive.. very late service.. had to cal multiple times to clean the room. Like I told them at 11am they came at 5pm for cleaning

The rooftop terrace was a highlight.

Enjoyed the evening entertainment on site.

Pool was amazing.

Breakfast should be more good with quantity.
