Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta-Midtown, Ga

Concierge was not 24x7. Despite calling beforehand and requesting a late check-in, since my flight was delayed, there was nobody at the counter to let me inside. At 2 am, I was waiting outside the hotel to be let inside which was extremely unsafe. I tried calling the hotel reception but nobody was answering. I had even booked my uber to go back to the airport since I was left stranded despite having made the reservation and intimating them in advance. Finally, the security guard let me inside since the manager on duty was sleeping. No apologies from the manager at all. Poor customer experience.

I was there for my grandson graduation. I've been to Atlanta but not the downtown area. Conjusted yes, but surrounded with plenty of stores, restaurants etc. I really enjoyed that. The motel staff was very nice. I called a day before and spoke with Robert he was very helpful then and when I met him in person he was even more pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay

The valet parking is the only parking and it's atrocious

My experience here at thr hotel has been exceptional. Shout out to our valet attendant Devin who went above and beyond to help us! Definitely will stay again and the corner rooms are worth the extra money!
