Good and practical location, room size is good

While I appreciated the hotel's reputation and expected a high standard of service, I encountered several issues during my stay that affected the overall experience. The room had persistent air conditioning problems, with the unit repeatedly turning on and off accompanied by an irritating noise, making it particularly uncomfortable during sleeping hours. In addition, the room temperature remained unchanged regardless of thermostat adjustments. The thermostat itself was marked with black stains and appeared to require cleaning. I also noticed cleanliness concerns in common areas, particularly visible fingerprints and smudges on the elevator call buttons. Inside the room, the lamp near the window had a damaged and dirty lampshade, while the bathroom towel holder was poorly secured and came apart completely when I attempted to use it. Furthermore, the television system was not user-friendly, and I had to contact reception for assistance simply to locate and access the available channels. Overall, I felt that the property requires greater attention to maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness standards. Given the hotel's reputation and five-star classification, I had expected a significantly better experience and was disappointed that the stay did not meet those expectations.
