The staff were very pleasant, the room was big and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and the pool was empty and relaxing.

The fact I had to leave next day !

Conveniently located for a break on the endless highway Reno - Salt Lake City. Huge rooms, clean. Convenient parking.

The breakfast was terrible, I was there when it opened at 6am the main course was scrambled eggs (which were completely cold) fried Potatos (which were also cold)) and sausage (which were also cold). Maybe if the main meal sat on the warming table for an hour or two, they might have gotten luke warm.

One of the worst Hampton Inn experiences I’ve had. The room smelled strongly of dogs and the shower was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Breakfast the next morning at 8 a.m. was awful. During posted breakfast hours, there was only a scoop of oatmeal left, no bread, no yogurt, cold eggs and sausage, and potatoes that smelled sour. The muffins in my photos were only brought out after guests complained. When concerns were raised about cold food temperatures, staff brushed it off by saying the food was “pre-cooked.” The breakfast attendant sat on her phone in plain view instead of helping guests and repeatedly responded with “we don’t have it.” Another guest asked what he was supposed to feed his children and she replied, “I don’t care what you feed them.” I also overheard staff saying guests were lying, while the manager openly argued with employees in front of everyone, which was extremely unprofessional. None of the staff wore uniforms or name tags, making it hard to even know who worked there. The overall attitude from staff was rude, dismissive, and demeaning. When I attempted to speak with the manager, Drew, he constantly interrupted me, denied what happened before I could even finish speaking, and told me, “Please complain, I don’t care.” After corporate was contacted, the hotel offered 50% off, but once I requested a full refund due to the conditions and treatment we experienced, they stopped responding completely. At this point it’s not even about the refund. I just hope people passing through the area think twice before staying here.
