"Ok but expected better given the ratings. The room was very very small and the fridge was not cold."

The bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness. The hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and the shower could have been cleaned better. Also the bathroom floor had water drippings in front of the toilet which made we wonder if it was urine.

Mac (the receptionist) was helpful and congenial.

The window shade was inoperative. (broken) and the room was very dark (were NOT enough lights)

From the moment we have made the reservation we could not reach hotel. They did not return any messages, even booking customer service could not reach them. Think twice in case you need to contact them.
