Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort

Security upon entering anticipated my arrival . Booked an executive king room with balcony. Also a Hilton honors silver . We were brought directly to the executive club lounge for checking in. We had a great time at the lounge , with FD Kamille and Server Ruby also giving insights. The room where we stayed was just ok, doesn’t feel that it is executive level . For one thing, there is no smart Tv surfing services. Just a reminder this is a Hilton. Another thing there is no nespress machine. Available in suites but not in executive rooms . The bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub. Going to the executive lounge for my pre dinner cocktails, can help noticing that there is no coffee machines in the lounge, it is said to be broken.

We just came back from a 3-night stay at Hilton Clark, and we had such a great experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Aira at check-in. She's friendly and professional. Our room was always spotless and comfortable thanks to Dyem from housekeeping, who made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kyos at the Executive Lounge for his attentive service. We also truly appreciated the late check-out which gave us extra time to relax before heading home. Also, we were greeted with a smile by Ruby who helped us get settled at our table and introduced us to the special Father’s Day promo and some Pizza Making activity that my son can enjoy. On our last day, Kamille assisted us with a quick and smooth check-out making our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. And of course, we can’t forget Jun from the Concierge team, who always welcomes us with a warm smile everytime we visit. It's such a great feeling to be remembered. His genuine hospitality never fails to make us feel at home. If there’s one small suggestion we have, it would be to consider adding a pickleball court or other recreational sports facilities for guests. That would be a great addition to an already amazing hotel experience. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Hilton Clark for making our getaway truly memorable!

Another relaxing stay at Hilton Clark. Choosing this hotel third in a row every time I was on vacation. Great ambience with wonderful and attentive service. Highly suggested if you want a quick and near escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Special mention to Alvin from concierge, Cherubin & Karlene from the chat, Carol & Mitch from Olive Restaurant and the rest of the service staffs. Mabuhay everyone!

cleanliness of the whole place, and most of the staff from the security, reception, attendants in Olive (restaurant), lifeguard have pleasing personalities & manners, all were accommodating & welcoming.

for me this is not a big deal, but needs to reach your attention i guess. during breakfast, one lady "chef" in black with curly hair, w/ eyeglasses passed by maybe thrice to arrange the dishes & pastry without doing/saying anything to me...unlike other staff who have smile on their faces & greeted every client. then a caucasian man happened to keep up on me while getting some pastry, this lady chef cheerfully greeted the caucasian man just beside me & since i am an oriental or filipino she did not bother to say hi or even smiled at me....its discriminatory!
