It's clean, Price is ok, but...

You hear every neighbours move and talk through the paper thin walls, so definitely bring earplugs 😕 It was November and the heating didn't work AT ALL, that's an absolute NO GO❗️🥶

I really enjoyed my stay at the facility. It was quiet so I enjoyed my sleep throughout my stay there. It has good value for money and I recommend it for anyone looking where to stay for short periods.

(The prompt mentioned breakfast.) Meals not included, but very good kitchen facilities and located near to a large supermarket. This was a return visit, so I chose to return to a place I knew. A really good base from which to explore the town and be independent. Near to the tram. Good information available on the area. The owners are adding to the already excellent facilities.

The bed could have been firmer. However I don't sleep well, so that could just be me! Reception isn't open all the time, though guests are requested to give an approx. arrival time on booking and contact details are available.
