La ubicación y la comodidad

One of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed at, including at cheaper places. Really comfortable bed. The staff was nice and the area is safe.

Likely part of sustainability efforts, but had to ask staff for small things like a shower cap (when the only shower option is rain shower, caps are unavoidable). That's not a huge issue though.

very nice staff as always. we had an emergency surgery visit to metropolitan hospital and checked in at 4am to get some much needed rest before our drive back home to the coast. very clean, quiet, comfortable rooms

only one small thing. I would like more than one coffee pod for the coffee machine. two pods would be perfect.

Los Restaurantes carcanos al hotel, se puede dar un paseo caminando, muy tranquilo.

Les falta mucha rotulacion para los huespedes que llegan por primera vez, si no conoce se parquea lejos del ascensor del hotel, y dentro del mismo hotel, en primer piso no hay rotulación que indique Lobby en el 2do piso, los rotulos en los ascensores están desteñidos y no se vee nada. El señor que me hizo el Check in cuando le indique esto me contradijo sin verificar el detalle.
