Would have been nice to have some indian food options at breakfast eg karak chai, parante, masala tea etc. Would have been nice to have a bar area for the evenings. Service was good, staff very attentive eg first day the pool pump was broken and the temperature was cold, as soon as I mentioned it, staff repaired it by the next day.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff and the service was 1st class would highly recommend. Rooms are amazing with all your needs catered for. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice. Reception staff make you feel so welcomed and the arrival and departure service was brilliant. We were on the 27th floor and the views were stunning even at night the lights were lovely. Will definitely be back.

Property is decent, but the people are good and welcoming. Breakfast space a bit tight considering hotel inventory. Some signs of wear and tear in all areas. Anna, the duty manager helped fix some issues. A big thanks to Rehan and Hossam at the front desk, they were very helpful and friendly. Also all the security team were amazingly welcoming. The life guards at the small beach, especially Madushamla was amazing, and Shamseer the male therapist at the spa was fantastic! More amenities required at the beach. Overall 4 star rating
