Location was a little further away from the centre of the town. There were eating places close-by. A 3*hotel, the room was clean and bright. The owner was very helpful and there was always a smile on her face. Took a fair amount of trouble to make us comfortable.

The breakfast coffee and fruit juice was good but not the meal. Rather tatty and dirty menu cards. I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was not at all tasty. Further room for improvement

Woman who owns it was a legend! Very kind, made me breakfast even though I'd woke up late and breakfast was finished!

Rooms were lovely I'd a dorm and there were big double beds.

We travelled as a couple and had an amazing stay in this hotel. We arrived at 5am after a night bus and Thuy, the hotel owner, allowed us to check in straight away so we could get some sleep. Our room was big and had a Mountain View. We also had a large flat screen TV with Netflix. The breakfast was really tasty. It is only a short 10 minute walk into Tam Coc centre but there are many restaurants and cafes beside the hotel too. You can rent bicycles and scooters from the property which is a lovely to explore the surrounding areas.

Location was perfect, Staff helped above expectations, motor scooter we hired was a pearler , a real good hotel for the cost can highly recommend, way better than homestay, much bigger room.

The location was good since we wanted to visit the Stone Church in Phat-Diem one day and Trang An the next day. The facility is fairly clean and modern looking. I chose this hotel because of the included breakfast and the pool. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offered only limited choices. The coffee was instant. The pool was small. One wall was glass from floor to ceiling with the sliding door built in. You have to close the curtain so that other guests passing by the corridor cannot look into the room. In other words, you feel like you're living in a fish bowl with the curtain open. With the curtain closed the room is totally dark since there's no window. I would not recommend this hotel if you cannot stand noise. We stayed 3 nights, including a Saturday night. That was a big mistake as there was a large group of Vietnamese staying there to celebrate their class' 40th anniversary. A powerful PA/karaoke system was set up on the ground floor, next to the pool. Very very loud MC and singing went on until 10 pm!! Needless to say we could not rest that night. Since we had just arrived from 11 hours time zone away, rest was critical.

The location was good it’s a short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area. It’s a great family run business by wonderful caring people.

The bed was a little too firm which made my sciatica play up.
