"Staff & hotel great, unfavourable druggies hanging around outside the hotel made it a bit uncomfortable"

The staff were lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The king bed was amazingly comfortable.

Unfortunately not any fault of the hotel but there were a lot of druggies around the vicinity which was a bit off putting. Very sad that Vancouver has so many homeless and moreso those that turn to drugs. Put a dampener on our stay.

Personal. Manager was professional and comped my breakfast because of a plumbing issue w my room.

Having to relocate my room because the toilet was backing up with waste and toilet paper from other guests of the hotel (not from my use ) almost to the point of spilling over. Then having to relocate to a different room because of this issue.

"Good location for a stay in Vancouver"

Great location as you can walk to main shopping area, cruise terminal and located at a hop on hop off bus stop and close to other bus stops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was well priced and our meals were good. Beds were very comfortable.
