Wat we vooral als heel prettig ervaarde, is dat het centrum 10 minuten rijden was vd lokatie dus ver genoeg van de drukte. Je komt vervolgens terecht in een oase van rust. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid verzorgd. Alles vers. Diner in de avond leek op een sterrenkok menu. De dames van de receptie waren zeer gastvrij en hielpen waar ze konden. Wij komen hier zeker een keer terug.

The place itself is magnificent - set on the hills above Verona but still very close to Verona city centre (only 5-6 minutes by the car down the hill to the closest parking). We stayed in Lunaria room (family room) which was perfect for our family; 2 adults, 4 years child and 4 months baby), there was large double bed, separate bed for our elder daughter and a baby crib, and we also had a little terrace above the room. The room was vary spacious (approx 30m2), it was very clean and cosmetics, laundries etc was really nice. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and we had no any complaint on it. Just above the hotel is also a pizzeria which is run (per my understanding) by the same company/team, which was very conveniant for dinners. The breakfast at the hotel was nice, not so many choices, but still everything you might wish. If you prefer to have an early breakfast, note that here it starts at 8,30 at earliest.

During our stay (3 nights in total), they had 2 private parties in the garden and there was a lots of noise during the evening, even in our room which was not facing the garden. I think that first night was some birthday celebration which took place till 11PM, and on the last night of our stay they had a baptism of a child that took place until 11.30 PM, with a lots of noise, including traditional Romanian/Bulgarian/Moldova music. Then we had to listen dissatisfied German/Swiss tourist that steyed in room next to ours, going several times to reception to complain (loudly) and also their slamming the doors furiously, which made us awake until midnight or even later. In any case, if you plan to take a rest there, I would not reccomend this place for stays during the weekends (Thursday/Friday/Saturday evenings) as there is chance of such private occasions and noise related to it.

La location della struttura è molto bella, trovandosi sulla collina che affaccia sulla città di Verona. Lo staff è molto gentile e pur avendo avuto un serio problema durante il soggiorno, il personale è stato molto comprensivo.

Ho soggiornato una notte e proprio quella sera-notte, la struttura aveva organizzato una festa in giardino con dj e musica a volume molto alto. La serata musicale si è protratta fino a poco prima della mezzanotte, rendendo impossibile riposare in camera. Musica a volume molto alto che rimbombava all’interno del piccolo hotel affacciato sul ristorante e la zona outdoor e soprattutto rimbombava nelle camere. Personalmente non mi è sembrato corretto non avvisare in sede di prenotazione o di check in, dell’evento musicale programmato e non dare informazioni corrette sull’orario di svolgimento della festa. Credo che chi prenoti in un hotel voglia poter riposare dal momento che entra in camera fino al momento del check out. Il servizio base dell’hotel deve essere offerto e rispettato. In sede di check-out ho chiesto il rimborso completo della prenotazione. Sconsiglio quindi di valutare questa struttura come puro hotel.
