The view of this apartment is amazing, they also have some entertainment facilities for free, so you could just stay at the apartment swimming and relaxing!

Gorgeous location, an easy Uber ride from Dubrovnik with a couple of nice restaurants and very friendly locals. Loved our room with a private veranda overlooking the bay. Our host, Darko, was amazing. Nothing too much trouble and we felt really looked after . Swimming right in front of the accommodation.

Beware of the cat. It appears to be friendly but can bite.

This was my 2nd stay at Rooms Mali Raj & as before everything was perfect. We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow, which is detached from the main property & has the most fabulous, enormous private terrace overlooking Zaton Bay. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean & well appointed & our host Darko was lovely & could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect.. close enough to Dubrovnik to make it a relatively cheap Uber or bus ride into the city (bus stop 5 mins walk away) but far enough out to be tranquil and peaceful. Zaton Bay is glorious and we availed ourselves of Darkos sea kayak which was free to use. There are several restaurants nearby on the bay and a great pizza place just up the hill. I will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit and cannot recommend Rooms Mali Raj highly enough.

Everything in Mali Raj was perfect to us. The village road is a bit narrow for a van. This is not exclusive to Zaton. Rent a normal or a small car.

Bathroom cramped & very awkward to shower. Kitchen was tired. Parking for large cars/van a long way from property.

Location in perfect, right next to forest, sea and a small town. Very peaceful but easy to get to Dubrovnik. Owners are very friendly and customer service is excellent. Rooms are very clean and you can use the cayak and sup board. I had a great time with my son and mother!
