Rizes House

The location and the house itself with its beautiful interior design was just so nice. We were very glad to pick this for our 1-week stay in Sithonia. It is situated just between Sithonia island and ihe rest of Halkidiki so if u plan to drive around with car, visit Cassandra, Thessalonikii, Perlatona cave and the beautiful beaches of sithonia, then ins just in the middle of this all. Two supermarkets are in 12 minutes drive in Nikiti and nice beaches in the other side beginning with Vorvourou. But especially the owners were very friendly and helped us with everything and even more than we needed :) highly recommend Rizes house!

A minor thing. But they did nit have shampoo and shower gel. But since we told them that, im sure ita already fixed.

Beautiful house and very kind hosts. Everything in the interior and exterior corresponds to the photos. Everywhere is extremely clean. The owners welcomed us very nicely - they left coffee, tea, wine, water and candy in the kitchen. There was also a cafe machine with capsules. In the yard there is a large barbecue with everything necessary for it. The owner offered free beach umbrellas. The furniture is handmade, everything is made with great taste and attention to the smallest details. We will return again to this magical place.

The location was very clean and cozy. Nikos is a great guy and helped us with all we need. We strongly recomend this location!

The apartment was fully equipped with top quality appliances and had everything we needed. The place was sparkling clean. Great outdoor area & beautiful terrace. The beach is 5 min away by car, but we had free parking in front of the property and also free and easy to find parking right in front of the beach. Don't forget to visit Agio Nikolaos old town center because it's really beautiful and has that small town cozy feeling. Nikos was a great host and always ready to assist if needed. The amount of attention to details is on another level. From the way the property was built to the attention given to every furniture piece, towel or decoration, everything looked amazing. If you are thinking of booking this listing don't hesitate. You won't regret it!

Rizes House went above and beyond our expectations in every way. We felt right at home during our 7-day stay and would definitely return in the future. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The house itself is lovely, with everything handmade by the owner. It was absolutely perfect. The garden is spacious and filled with lush green grass and beautiful trees. There's a nice communal grill area and a kids' playground, so you can enjoy every part of the property. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with cozy outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment, you'll find everything you need for your getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is spacious and features big, comfortable beds. The master bedroom's handcrafted metal bed is especially impressive. We are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and hospitality of Eva and Nikos and their beautiful family. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. In summary, Rizes House provides an exceptional experience. Its peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and the owner's welcoming and hospitable nature make it a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. We can't recommend it enough and can't wait to go back.
