worst check-in experience of my LIFE. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN an if Expedia uses vendors like this my experience with Expedia is also OVER. Virtual check in didn’t work. Waited and called and texted for two hours. Finally met rep with keys but she couldn’t even speak English. Check in texted the following day after I had checked out asking where to meet to get access.

Booking this location you must be teck savvy but the location is so worth it .. and if your willing to jump theu the many many hoops. The unit is adequate but needs some updating. Price point is excellent for rhe lux neighborhood. I will book again. Its worth the hoops.

We paid for this hotel including the cash (PayPal) security deposit. We followed all conditions to get into the property. We waited nearly 90 minutes in the lobby with promises that someone was on their way. No one ever came. Our last email from them was ‘what time are you arriving?’ We were not able to stay here because we couldn’t wait longer (tickets to a play and dinner plans) and they wouldn’t meet us after ten pm to get a key. They still have not offered a refund. (Security deposit was returned). Terrible terrible communications. Do not stay here. We booked at another hotel in Toronto - the Chelsea (which was lovely). But our weekend turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. Do not stay here.

"Pratique mais pas super confortable "

Appart-hôtel commode et bien situé mais le confort moyen. Les matelas n’étaient pas confortables et la literie qui ne donnait pas envie de dormir dedans. L’appart a besoin d’entretien : miroir cassé, armoires décollées. L’accueil aussi a été moyen. Pas de réponse aux numéros de téléphone qu’il fallait appeler avant d’arriver mais une correspondance par courriel qui a fonctionné. Il a fallu attendre une personne qui nous a remis les clés. Vous devriez avoir un système de réception autonome avec des codes d’accès.

Great location, Building Nice, Concierge Polite. The unit is tired, Cracked Glass in Kitchen, Microwave Door wouldn't open, Kitchen cupboards in really bad shape. No TV in Living area. Global Stay asked for vehicle info then offered no parking. Clear Direction re Check - in and Check - out could have been better.

The view was great! Everything else was lacking. There was damage to the room that we had to send photos so we weren’t. the dryer didn’t work. All the linens were hanging in the closet, damp except for one bath towel and one hand towel each. When we asked for toilet paper, we were told that it is only supplied for the first day of our trip. If that had been clear, we would’ve bought toilet paper when we went to the store, but it wasn’t, so we didn’t. Yes, we broke a glass. We didn’t think that with all the inconveniences we were not screaming or complaining about: no one could explain the thermostat to us, made us think that maybe they wouldn’t actually charge us for the glass. It’s not the amount: it was $10. I feel like we were being as accommodating as we could, and I think you could’ve been accommodating as well. Frankly, I wouldn’t be writing this review if you would’ve handled it better.
