"朝食バイキングが素晴らしい！"

ベッドの寝心地が良かった。 シャワーが少し使いにくかった。お部屋自体はそれなりに年季が入っているが何より 朝食バイキングがとても豪華でビックリ！ 鯛めしやホットケーキ、食べ応えがあり美味しかったです。

お部屋の暖房の調子が悪く、20度以上気温が上がらず、夜10時過ぎてフロントに電話したところ、修理不能で部屋を取り替えてもらったが、風邪をひいてしまった。ベッドメイキングもされていず、インターネットのパスワードも置かれていなかった。変えてもらった部屋には全てOKの状態だった。朝食はメニュウも徳島らしさが出ていて満足。

Close to the Tokushima JR station. Plenty of choices for food nearby. Although the hotel is not new, but compare to other Japan hotels, the room is relatively bigger. The staff is very helpful. I suspect the shower has issue and the lady at the reception counter helps me to solve it. Overall I am happy to stay at this hotel again.

想定以上の綺麗さだった。 チェックアウト時に領収書をお願いしたが、ネット上での支払い金額に書かれていた金額と領収書の金額が異なっていたので、使い物にならなかった。 領収書トラブルの件を考慮しても、また使いたいと思える価格と内容だった。
