Finca de los Angeles

No supe la razón pero me cambiaron de hotel con muy poca anticipación aunque debo decir que fueron amables y me mandaron a otro hotel que contaba con excelentes instalaciones y, por lo que subo, incluso más caro pero me respetaron la tarifa y al menos mi estadía no se vio afectada y fue amena... En ese sentido, al menos fuero amables pero el hotel que reserve, ni siquiera lo visite

Llegue con horas de retraso y me permitieron entrar sin problema. No estaba abierto el restaurante y tuve que salir a buscar alimentos fuera y el acceso es oscuro pero no hubo problema. La alberca es muy bonita y en la noche prenden las luces que van cambiando de color. El restaurante no abrio a la mañana siguiente y sali a buscar alimento. Tampoco hubo problema porque encontre un restaurancito cercano con muy buenos desayunos pero un poco caros. Prenden el borbollon de la alberca y se nada muy bien. Los jardines estan muy bien cuidados. El hotel está bastante bien y tiene un precio accesible

The personal was lovely and very helping despite the language barrier. We could check in a little bit earlier than planned and thanks to that I had extra time for a bubble bath and swimming pool session. The garden is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The room was a bit small but that was expected and we only were there for two nights so not a problem. The finca is close to a main road in Chiconcuac which means that you can get out and look for restaurants easily. Overall, a great surprise after a whole week in a hectic Mexico City.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Le falta mantenimiento. Las regaderas muy mal, agua sin presión. La alberca y jacuzzi sin limpoarle las hojitas en la mañana con.la red y helada el agua.
