The location near by the beach, a lot of restaurants, shops nearby.

No warm water for showering, the faucet is too old not could not work properly as well as the shower. The mat's cover is burnt. Room too old need to renovation. Air cond working but high noise. TV is useless. Overall I can sleep but not as hotel's picture on Booking.

"Disgraceful"

The hotel was not kept clean. Hallways were dark. Simply unbearable .

The aIrconditioning remote control didn’t have any battery. The tv didn’t work.

"Great place for budget and long term travellers."

Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to the beach and lots of local restaurants and cafes. Best bed I slept on in Vietnam. Of you are an easy going, not fussy person, this place is perfect for you.

Sometimes the water in the shower doesn't get very hot. Things are.a bit dated here so if you are a snowflake or a fussy persoeho expects high quality standards for budget prices, then this place is not for you.
