Không có điện thoại trong phòng + máy sấy tóc có nhưng phải xuống lễ tân để mượn + phòng 2 giường nhưng 1 giường thì đắp bằng vỏ mền 1 giường thì đắp bằng ruột mền ( ruột mềm cũng màu mỡ gà không được sạch lắm). Tủ lạnh có thấy cắm điện nhưng không thấy sáng đèn & không lạnh

booked this hotel through Booking. When I arrived, the room was in poor condition: it was dirty, there was mold, and it felt very uncomfortable to stay there. Because of this, I had to spend only one night there and then move to another, better hotel. The worst part was how the staff handled the situation. When I asked for a refund for the remaining nights, they said it was only possible if I paid them 700,000 VND extra, supposedly to cover the Booking commission or to make it look as if the reservation had been completed normally. I find this completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel. If cleanliness, honesty, and fair treatment matter to you, choose another place.
