DEIch konnte in Google Maps nicht lokalisieren, wo ich meinen Schlüssel übernehmen sollte bekam aber per WhatsApp eine tolle Wegbeschreibung mit Foto, wo ich hin musste. Angekommen erlebt dich einen sehr freundlichen, warmen Empfang. Dann bekam ich ausführliche Informationen zu dem kleinen Ort Mikawa als auch kanazawa. Der Inhaber ließe sich nicht nehmen, mit mir eine kleine Ortsrundfahrt zu gestalten und auf Onsen Schreine etc. hinzuweisen. Die Lage des B & B ist okay circa 8 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof und elf von einem gut bestücken Supermarkt. Mein Zimmer war groß und geräumig, obwohl ich alleine reiste. Ich fand es sehr angenehm auf einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vorzufinden. Es wurde ein kostenloses rudimentäres Frühstück angeboten. In der Gemeinschaftsküche stand ein großer Kühlschrank bereit, indem man die Ergänzungen für sein persönliches Frühstück einfühlen konnte.
Für mich groß gewachsene Europäer war das Waschbecken und auch der Spiegel etwas zu niedrig angebracht. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit, mit dem man in einem asiatischen Land rechnen muss. Auch hatte ich ständig einen Konflikt mit der Badtür, öffnet sie sich zur falschen Seite. (Room 1) Und morgens wurde das Wasser nicht warm, so dass kein Duschen möglich war.

NZGreat place to stay to get away from the busy city stay. The hosts were great and helped us book restaurants and gave suggestions on what to see and do. Loved the bikes to get around too. The rooms were traditionally Japanese. The breakfast was basic, but a perfect start to the day. Nice shared lounge area for guests with games and books.
I had thought it was going to be a place with the hosts on site, but they have several b&bs across the town where they rent out rooms with a shared space for guests in the lounge/ kitchen area. It wasnt that I didn't like it, just wasnt what I had expected. Apparently this is common in Japan B&Bs.

HKThe staff was very helpful and location quiet. Breakfast was okay. The rooms were very clean. The festival was wonderful.
