Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal

Das Frühstück; fast jeder Teller war angeschlagen und das Essen war’s lieblos präsentiert . Der Raum sehr dunkel gehalten um den Tag zu beginnen ( hat mehr was von einer Lounge ). Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber.

Rust, locatie, faciliteiten de kamer. En vooral het personeel was super vriendelijk. Wij vroegen om koffie, omdat we geen schoonmaak wilden die ochtend. Dylan gaf gelijk aan het voor ons te halen. Even later komt hij met een tasje met eigenlijk wat we inderdaad nog meer nodig hadden maar niet hadden gevraagd zoals een wc rol en een schone handdoek naast de koffie waar we om vroegen. Met andere woorden Dylan is werkzaam met hart en ziel en gaat een stap verder om de gasten zich thuis te laten voelen. Dikke compliment voor Dylan ❤️

Hallo, Ik wil graag een klacht indienen vab de vervelende overlast van vanmorgen. Rond 08:30 uur werd er geboord boven of vlak naast onze kamer. Dit is ongeveer tien keer gebeurd. Het geluid was erg hard en daardoor werden we wakker en konden we niet meer uitrusten. (Kamer nummer 729) We vonden dit extra vervelend omdat we juist naar het hotel zijn gekomen voor de rust en mijn vriend zijn verjaardag. We waren vooraf niet geïnformeerd over de werkzaamheden en hadden niet verwacht dat er zo vroeg en zo dicht bij onze kamer geboord zou worden. Als we op de hoogte waren gesteld, hadden we mogelijk een andere accommodatie kunnen kiezen. We balen er enorm van. Kunnen jullie aangeven wat jullie hieraan kunnen doen of een compensatie kunnen aanbieden? Bedankt! Met vriendelijke groet, Loes burger
